I went to Honda dealership for services for 10 yrs. Due to covid, I seldom drive my van, but I felt if I went back to dealership, they'll just ask me to perform 'recommended' service for every 2-3 years. This is my first time to go to Technic Motors. Excellent customer service. easy online appointment. I told them this is what Honda recommends me to do. They inspected my car to see if it's really necessary to do. Affordable pricing. If they offer shuttle within 5-10km radius, that will be great. Highly recommended.
Went there, He said he is too busy, which is understandable. BUT he didn't say to call me back or make an appointment, showed no interest in further business.
來加唔耐又唔熟車，兩隻門花咗攞去報價。Ken同一位師傅睇完又講解清楚如何維修。Ken非常友善，叫我慢慢決定唔洗急，完全無催逼。一星期後決定俾佢哋整，順手換埋雪軚。價錢比其他報價便宜，服務態度非常好，準時交車，更重要係佢哋支持香港人，由開始至取回車都非常滿意！ I came to Canada just a short while and don’t know much about car. My car has scratches on 2 doors. Took it to Technic Motors for quotation. Ken and one of the workers looked at my car and explained in details how it will be repaired. Ken is friendly and told me to take time to make decision. I decided to go with them after a week. The price is cheaper than other quotations. Their service is excellent and they support HKers. From the beginning until got my car back, I am absolutely satisfied.
Quick professional service reasonably priced. The best waiting room I ever came across in the past 8 years. Wifi, drinks and charging cable available. A must go tires and change oil place in Markham.

I took my car for a tire change, very fair price when compared to big brands such as Canadian tire. The front manager/owner was extremely caring and professional. In addition to the fair price, when I had an issue with a noise problem coming from my car, they spent two days diagnosing and fixing the issue and then charged me 0 dollar! regardless of how much I tried to pay for their service, the refused to accept my money. I appreciate this level of respect a lot and will continue to use their services until i physically move too far to be able to. 10/10
