I had a fantastic experience at this shop. Alan was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. His pricing was very competitive, and I really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary parts or labour. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who’s honest, skilled, and genuinely focused on the customer. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend!
They said they gonna fix my car in one day, and call me say sorry you have to pick it up tomorrow, they leave the garbage in my trunk!! Terrible service
Terrible experience. Do NOT bring your car here for repairs. I got charged for service repair that did NOT fix the issue. Problem still exists . I am out $$$. The only thing this shop does is take your money and over charges and does not fix the issue you brought car in for…. Very disappointing….
Extremely rude and unprofessional. The staff told me"you have crashed car, do nothing or spend 10 grand on it...... we can do everything you want but you cannot afford it", and keep repeating how my truck was crashed with strange smirk, however, Toyota 4s estimate it gonna those dents gonna cost $2500. It looks like he only know "replacement" and know nothing about "repairment", and I think he should be replaced as well. I will be surprised if that staff successfully finished high school based on his manner and knowledge of car.
Amazing shop , personally only shop I take my car to to get it fixed , recommended to my buddies they all loved it ! Great prices and extremely nice customer service Guy at the front desk believe his name was Mike very helpful and walked me through getting the right parts for my car !
I have to wait hours to get my oil changed. The front desk staff named Allen is not professional and they don't respect their customers. I called them and they always say they are busy and can't even give me a schedule for maintenance. Come on, you can't even give me a time? Is that how you deal with your custmers? I will never come back to this place, it is just awful.
