Booked my appointment for 3pm and got there 15mins early. Waited a good 15-20mins before I was able to speak to someone. I was told they are running late and that was it. By the time I got my tires changed and got out, it was 4:43pm. Almost 2 hours of wait instead of the 30mins indicated when booking the appointment. Very disappointed with the service to say the least.
Great Value for your money and time. Scott Picked up the call and was very patient to share details and what they had in stock and what they can offer. Got the only appointment available next day as they are very busy and respect your time . No waiting no rush. Calvin & Aanjay were in the shop working and immediately attended . The entire team of 3 is well coordinated , they all are passionate about their work and treat every customer according to their requirements. Work area is clean and safe . Waiting area is clean and safe . Nothing fancy however they had Haloween chocolates it's a bonus. They know exactly what they do and in time and dealership quality with a better deal and price.
Needed a set of rims and Scott set me up with a fantastic deal on a slightly used set. His flexibility in setting a time for installation was very much appreciated and the car now looks great. Thank you, Scott, for the great value and for the friendly service!

great value and promotions available for winter tires and rims. they ordered winter tires and rims and had them balanced and ready for me for pickup all in a 2 to 3 business days, plus they were friendly.
Guys at joycity said that they disposed 4 new tires with original trims without noticing me properly. I don't believe their words since these trims were OEM and cost me more than $1300. Probably they resold it for another client. Don't rely on this company at all!!!
