Beware of this shop - untrustworthy and irresponsible. i bought my car here for repairs and they replaced a part with used, faulty component. This caused many more issues with my car afterwards. When I went back to them. they completely denied responsibility and claimed it had nothing to do with them. a professional repair shop should stand behind their work and the parts they install. Unfortunately, this place does the opposite - they take your money, install bad parts, and refuse to take accountability. I bought my car to another bodyshop to get a second opinion, after they did the diagnosis. they told me the part KC AUTO installed is a used-faulty part!!! My advice: stay far away from this shop. Don't be fooled by low prices - you may end up paying even more later to fix the problems they create.

Peter made my dented and scratched car look like new! I couldn't believe my eyes. He was very responsive to all my questions (and I had a lot) and was polite and pleasant to deal with throughout the process. responsible auto body shop. I get my car repaired their. even some minor problems, they fixed it for me but have to inspect by yourself carefully and tell them what gonna to fix. Sometime, they can't see the problems that you can see. They willing to fix for you.
