Amazing BBQ & Excellent Service! I had an amazing experience at this BBQ restaurant. The food was incredibly delicious — everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The service was also outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back again.
The restaurant charged a service fee even though no service was provided. What’s worse, they never informed us about this charge when we paid the bill. This feels dishonest and very disappointing.
Delicious food with large varieties to pick. Wonderful services and opens to late night. Perfect place to find food after a whole busy day! Definitely would recommend and come again!
They cheat on HST and tips even the discount is applicable. For example, every 10 dollars comes with $1.13 tax and $1.12 service fee but charge the same amount of both if 10% off cash discount for $9 instead, which is totally illegal.
Horrible experience. First of all, our table was not clean and they sat us anyway. They never came to clean it and so i had to start tidying up myself. We then waited diligently for the waitress but she never came. We had to get up and talk to her. We got fried noodles and they were completely disgusting. We then said we dont like them and then she decided to call the police. She called the police for 10 dollars and was spreading false information like we were yelling and threatening, which was not the case at all. This lady at the front has really poor emotional regulation and gets worked up very quick. She then spews lies and calls the police. We tried to explain ourselves in a calm manner but she was so worked up and we couldnt a word in. The police came and I spoke with them. They said that the police come all the time and deal with her all the time as well. She is known to be rude and aggressive and to not take her seriously. She is also known for poor customer service. We will not be returning to this establishment.

I couldn’t tell if it was coming from the fish tank at the front desk, the restroom, or the kitchen. The overall atmosphere felt off, but I decided to let it slide. 疑似科技菜 / Questionable Food Quality 食物味道一般，烧烤串大小出奇一致，每块肉的长短粗细几乎相同，完全不像现串的烤肉。让人怀疑是否是预制菜，甚至有“科技与狠活”。锡纸烧烤菜品带回家冷却后，油居然变成黑色，十分恶心。 The food was mediocre, but the barbecue skewers stood out in a strange way—every piece of meat was identical in size and shape. Freshly grilled skewers usually have some variation, making me suspect they were serving pre-made food with "technological enhancements." Later, the owner promised a 15% discount and a free dish for my next visit, but offered no real compensation for this time. If they can’t even honor a clearly stated app discount, why would I trust a verbal promise? No way I’m coming back. 总结 / Conclusion: 果然能低到3.3分的店没必要去。怪味 + 疑似科技菜 + 拒绝履行促销 + 摆烂不解决问题。 A 3.3-star rating seems well deserved. Unpleasant smell, questionable food, refusal to honor promotions, and a complete lack of customer service—definitely not worth visiting.

Despite this, we paid our bill in full, as we believe in fairness. However, we chose not to tip due to the quality of service and food, which we felt did not warrant it. Your response on Google Maps is not only inaccurate but also defamatory. We are not 'spies' from Heilong Jiang, nor did we refuse to pay our bill. The police were indeed called, and they confirmed that tipping is voluntary. Your claim of having a video to 'prove' your innocence is baseless and an attempt to slander us. We hope for a more professional and respectful approach in the future. It's unfortunate that your reaction to constructive criticism is to make unfounded accusations.
