食物一直都不錯，但這次用餐體驗很失望。手機程式的配菜選項不夠清晰，我當時沒有留意選配菜，訂單仍然送出。用餐時我已經加過一次米線，再想加半碗卻被拒絕，職員的理由是「因為我把米線分給了同行朋友」。之後我發現點單時有一道餐需要選配菜（可選米線），但我並沒有選到。當我提出來時，職員語氣強硬說「不可能」，結帳時我展示訂單證明沒有配菜，職員才改口說「廚房會自動加」，還補一句「米線不貴，要吃可以另外加錢」。雖然我願意付費，但這種前後矛盾和態度反覆，讓人覺得被敷衍和不受尊重。希望店方能改善點餐程式設計並加強員工培訓。 The food has always been good, but this time the dining experience was disappointing. The mobile ordering app is unclear about side dish selection—I didn’t notice it, yet the order still went through. During the meal, I had already added extra noodles once, but when I asked for half a portion more, the staff refused, saying it was because I had shared noodles with my dining companion. Later, I realized one dish required side dish selection (noodles being an option), but I hadn’t chosen it. When I raised this, the staff firmly insisted it was “impossible.” At checkout, after I showed my order with no side dishes, they changed their explanation to “the kitchen adds them automatically” and even added, “noodles aren’t expensive, you can just pay more.” While I am happy to pay, such contradictory and dismissive handling made me feel disrespected. I hope the restaurant can improve the app design and strengthen staff training.
It was amazing every time I went to this restaurant. The price is unbeatable; the service can’t complain; the food tasted delicious; the restaurant looked nice and felt clean. Even customers are very nice too Somehow the staff got my order mixed up and they remade another one. And when it came to payment it was 47$, I gave 60$ (for tip and the other bowl they made wrong) but they said it was too much and only took what they thought fair ❤️ I really appreciate their honesty & superb customer service. Small restaurant but stands tall among other big ones. The vibe of this restaurant is cozy and there is a self served section. Their fish bowl is cooked to just right. I personally liked their fried items. I can tell the oil is fresh. You can taste it in the food. Highly recommend!
The two noodles were today's lunch special. The portion is surprising large for such a cheap price with lots of toppings. The texture of the noodles were really good and springy, I highly recommend it! The best part is the music choice, this place is one of the few that plays K-pop, as a K-pop fan, hearing K-pop in public gets me very excited and makes my day!
Unbeatable prices and large portion sizes. Only $9 for a big bowl of noodle soup. I come to this place often and it always meets my expectations for flavour.
The food tastes so delicious; you need to try their fried chicken nuggets too. They are crispy outside and tender inside. The waitresses are also polite and nice.
The food is delicious but the ordering system on the app is so terrible. There was an error and it ordered several times the same dish wish my friend had to pay for
2025/12 - I ordered the 青花椒酸菜鱼 and this kind the soup wasn’t salty. The fish was very delicious. Glad that they improved their food 2024 - We ordered 2 fishes, 2 soup noodles, soft chicken knuckles and fried ribs. The tomato soup based noodle with beef tasted good. However, the other dishes were all very salty.
