The staff decided to close the cash, which is understandable as part of their shift close. However, we were waiting in line to purchase lotto just before the cutoff at 10:30 and were told we couldn’t buy it, while two customers ahead of us were allowed to purchase. Stood in line for 15 mins just to know I can’t buy lotto. Would have went another gas station. This felt inconsistent and was poor customer service. If lotto sales needed to stop, should have been closed after the 10:30 cutoff ,the cash should have been closed earlier or the policy applied fairly to everyone.
There was an Indian female staff member at the gas counter who was very rude. I really doubt whether Petro Canada really has someone responsible for supervising these staff members, I prefer to give 0 star if I can!
By far the worst gas station in Markham. Who close the car wash at 10pm that’s one. Two can’t buy lottery after 10:30… you have too wait 10 minutes for them to close shift than to pump gas ridiculous…
"I arrived at KFC in Markham at 10:50 PM, only to be told by the staff that they were already closing up, even though the posted closing time is 12 AM. The staff mentioned that their manager instructed them to start cleaning and closing an hour earlier. They want your to prepay now everywhere and these owners are too cheap or lazy to have paper for the receipt at the pump. Complaining doesn't work, they don't care.
The KFC is now open but the car wash is closed for maintenance yet again. Waste of my time and another wash wasted. This Petro-Canada is close to my house but I rather drive farther than to give them anymore of my business. Would not recommend to anyone.
Been coming to this gas station for many years. They have lots of food and beverage options, along with a car wash and Royal Bank ATM. Some gas pumps require you to pay at the pump. Use RBC Visa for 3 cents off gas. Lots of parking spaces.
