I gave this location a second chance, but the employee was extremely rude. He ignored customers and yelled at people for no reason. I honestly don’t know what was wrong with him, but it made the visit very uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back again. There’s an Esso just two blocks away with much better service — that’s where I’ll go from now on.
Had a bad experience at this gas station. As I was walking from my car into the store, a male employee backing up his car almost hit me. I was clearly visible (meters away behind his car), yet he kept reversing, nearly running over my foot. Instead of apologizing, he told me I should watch where I was walking, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Any driver should be more aware—let alone an employee at this business. BAD ATTITUDE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Scammers at night they’ll tell you that your card got declined make you tap again and then give you 2 approved receipts and still argue that one was not approved. Even went into my online banking to show that the money left twice and he still would say no it didn’t
Bought the ultimate car wash tapped my card said approve and the old guy with glasses made me tap it again cuz he said it didn’t go through now I have to deal with my bank thanks for wasting my time old guy with glasses
Never really have a need to go inside usually use the app for convenience so I can't respond to customer service at this station. Gas is always premium, I just wish govt didn't have to make all station require ethanol. Location has a convenience shop, carwash and vacuum. Lots of open space for parking if need be.
Getting gas here is pretty easy and convenient since it's right off the 404. The app helps to pay without fumbling for cards which I love and makes me feel a lot more comfortable. Car wash line can get pretty busy but there are certain times that it's nearly empty. However, during my most recent visit, one of the metal covers for the underground fuel tanks was carelessly left open with no pylons indicating a potential hazard. As I was leaving the pump, one of my wheels went in potentially causing damage to the tire and rim. Just be sure to scan around before leaving for anything like that.
Update 05/20: Their car wash is much better as they have a new touchless machine installed months ago. They have occasionally have cheaper gas between 7pm to 11:59pm. You usually save about 5 cents per litre here which is a plus for 91 users. Vaccum is good and they’re card enabled.
