Good location and well maintained carwash.....the staff YuVRAJ is friendly and helpful and I am satisfied with every interaction I have had at this petro location and bought a cord for Go washer, he was very dedicated and patiently answered my questions, heiping me resolve the problem. He is a professional with excellent customer service skills, deserving praise from customers and superiors.
I gave 4 stars for the female staff. Good service. 1 star: Washrooms is extremely smell. I didn't make a quick stop but we could smell how bad across from the cash counter of this location. Maybe the smell only occur in the mid-afternoon, not in the morning. I hope. I can't image how the customers sit down next to the washroom area to enjoy their A&W meals.
I have been to many different Petro Canada Station and I have never come across a bathroom that was dirty and just nasty. The smell was so horrendous that I actually almost vomit. Never coming back to this Petro Station ever again

I’ve been coming to this Petro Canada for years using both the gas station and the A&W. I had just finished pumping my gas and had put away the nozzle (secured everything). I was in my car idling for literally a minute before an employee named Mercy came out, knocked on my window and was rather rude. She said I needed to move my car because there was too much smoke. Mind you, I’m not in an old car. She said it was for a safety reason which is understandable but how she went about it was rather overeager and frankly rude, there was no please, no thank you and not even a hello. It also seemed like overkill when I was sitting there for only a minute as a prepared to go the A&W. Doesn’t seem like the right way to treat a customer at all.

The worst petro canada car wash that I have been to. 9 times out of 10, there is massive soap residue on the back windows of the suv. When I tell the teams inside they hand me a free wash voucher valid for 24 hours. I drive down to the next petro canada and wash it there…of course. One of the vacuum stations does not work with the wash pass. Never. The one that works has a punctured tube so the suction is lousy. Why do I keep coming back? - because it’s not busy, but that’s why. The staff are apologetic and helpful but that does not help.
