Absolutely nightmare . Last week I was there for car wash it did not wash my car properly I took the picture and showed to staff inside she accused me saying I never saw your car going inside in front of everyone . I told her to see the cameras she started arguing . Don’t hire people who does not even respect the customer . Should be fired . Staff is rude . No respect total disregard . Think they own the place . Very disappointed .
I’ve been coming to this Petro Canada for months now and never really had an issue. However today (April 15th around 9:45pm) - the girl at the cash lacked a huge sense of customer service. She didn’t have enough money to pay me out on the winnings which was fine but the way she communicated it was not fine. Straight up “I can’t pay you out - I don’t have $100” in a super rude tone. She also tried to short change me & intially when I asked her about it - she explained it to me like I was stupid. I stepped aside to let other people go and did the calculation myself and went back to explain to her & her co worker had to step in to solve it. However no apology nothing from her. Not acknowledgment of her making a mistake and causing me an inconvenience. Completely understand mistakes happening but her customer service skills and communication definitely needs to change. Not sure if I’ll come back to this location if she’s working.
I miss the old owners. The new staff doesn't speak fluent English and refuses to accept larger blls, like $50 and $100 bills. It's very frustrating since this gas station serves many locals, but the new management has made significant changes.
Waited for 30min for carwash suddenly the app stopped working. Went to ask at the counter and they dont give car wash ticket instead they told me to call customer service. Experience this a lot but other petro stores are understandable. Not recomended for carwash
If you want to wash your car, this is the best place to be. I’ve been there once this year and super-wash room has been furnished. Gas prices cheaper than other gas stations from time to time. Good luck, drivers!
I don't know what the one stars are about iv been here over 50 times since reopening it is 100x better then before the old white lady not to be racist and call some one out on color but like others who complain about here your 100% wrong she is the best she's been super helpfull and 100% upfront about company policy. I am a regular customer and will continue to be keep up the great service
horrible service. Went to get slushies with my friends, before entering they said bag check even though we clearly didn’t have a bag on, then went inside and were being watched by everyone, made many comments while we were there, since when do you need to show id to buy red bull? the ladies there were so rude and clearly racist because we were wearing hijabs. We said thank you on our way back even after the horrible treatment but we just got dirty looks. Made many assumptions. very disappointing, don’t go there.
