Once again l have encounter with AYUSH your cashier at petro-canada, 7314 Markham road. Last Friday it was at 7635 Markham road. Yesterday Thursday, December 4th, your cashier was at 7314 Markham road at 4.43 p.m. I asked to replay my six lottery. I requested AYUSH to return all my old tickets back. Instead he threw all my old tickets in the garbage. Two incidents in a row. He is disrespectful. He doesn't care. It looks like you are not taking any kind of action. Sometimes small incident might get out of hand.
AVOID THIS PETRO CANADA AT ALL COSTS. I would give them a 0 star if there was an option. I took my Volvo through their chain car wash, entered the code, and everything started except the curtains didn’t open. My car went through the track while the system failed to function properly and not open the curtains which left scratches from the front to the back to my brand new vehicle. I immediately filed an incident report and followed up with the manager the next week when he finally returned my call. Instead of taking responsibility, he told me to go through my own insurance. When I contacted my insurance company, they informed me that if I did that, it would count as a claim on my end, even though the damage was 100% caused by their faulty equipment. My insurer also told me that Petro-Canada has commercial insurance and that the manager must provide their insurance details. But when I asked, he refused and kept pushing me to go through my own insurance, which is completely unfair. I then contacted Petro-Canada head office, and they confirmed that the manager is required to give me their commercial insurance info. Despite this, he still refused, dismissed my concerns, and insisted their system was “working fine” which makes no sense because my car was clearly damaged due to their failure. He refused to provide the commercial insurance info even when HIS OWN HEAD OFFICE confirmed that he is required to give it. Instead of helping, he was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. You can tell yourself that your car wash is “working fine” all you want, but the reality is, it's a broken mess just like your management skills. If the car wash is this mismanaged, imagine how the rest of this gas station operates. The only thing dirtier than their car wash is the way they treat their customers. This manager clearly doesn’t know how to run things, and if they can’t take responsibility for something this serious, I wouldn’t trust anything else here either. The managers attitude is as nasty as the gas station bathrooms and I bet they get cleaned more often than your conscience. Do yourself a favour and take your business somewhere else.
Bakitti shouldn't be serving customer as her attitude towad the customer is very rude, the car wash didn’t work well . She think she is giving the car wash for free as i am a continuos car wash member for decades. Very disappointed.
This gas station provides third-class service and is highly inconvenient for customers. They don’t carry change for $100 bills, even when you make a full tank purchase. Imagine filling up your car only to be told they can’t provide change, forcing you to run around looking for smaller bills. On top of that, the staff is rude and unprofessional, refusing to provide a complaint number when asked. The owner clearly does not care about customer service. To make matters worse, the gas quality is subpar—my car runs out of fuel faster compared to other brands like Shell. Such business practices are unacceptable in Canada. Avoid this place if you want hassle-free service and quality fuel! I wish i could give it as 0
Very unfriendly cashier , the car wash didn’t work well ( photo) when I asked her she was talking to me very rude!! She have to understand I payed money to have service, lack of management
Customer service at this location was terrible. My dad visited the location to pump gas and the man working on June 22 at approx. 10:20pm at the gas station was very disrespectful when speaking. It is very disappointing to experience this type of service. They really need to teach people working at this gas station how to talk to customers.
I have a season pass today I went to wash my car , it wasn’t wash properly. I went in Sind and complained, they gave me a 2nd pass. I washed immediately that was also not properly done.
