Warning: They will try to give you a different room (two double beds vs king bed) and will tell you breakfast is included over the phone but it won't be. There is a Starbucks in the restaurant for morning breakfast with there usually high prices.The room was nice. Noise level was low. The bathroom door didn't fully close. Parking was easy and cost $4.50 per night. No extra charge for internet.
Great service, accommodations and location. I would definitely return again and again. The breakfast room is a big plus. Great swimming pool and fitness room. Starbucks in the lobby!!! Superb all around.
A high scale hotel experience that's both easily accessible and private. The meeting room was spacious and clean and the meal provided was tasty and balanced! The staff are both knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely suggest this location for anyone having a corporate event!
Very clean hotel. Liked that the fitness center is 24 hours. Elevators are very quick so didn't have to wait long to get on. Service was pretty bad though. Requested more towels and offered to pick them up however never received them. Next day, left a note requesting additional towels and didn't receive any. Location of the microwave is a bit awkward as it is right next to front desk.
I was there for a seminar, not overnight. The catered food was good (e.g. Indian), but Courtyard only had 3 varieties of tea (two blacks and chamomile), and sugary pops in cans (not even a soda). Even the provided hotel branded notebooks were just three single pages. Parking cost like $10. All little things but in the end, the overall impression that left could be described as lacklustre.
