This was really terrible. The bed was extremely low and uncomfortable. The room smelled, abs you can tell that everything was just old. Would not recommend at all. The upside is the pleasant staff. But the property is terrible
Came here for lunch at their restaurant. It's a high class "cha chan tang". Nothing like a decent class hotel restaurant. Service isn't the greatest but it's not the worst. Slightly pricey for what they serve but enough big portions.
Got an executive suite. Room was pretty clean. It was also quite spacious. Would've been 5 stars had the room not smelled like smoke.
Probably the worst hotel stay Ive ever had. Paper thin walls, so dont expect to sleep if there are people even talking in the adjacent rooms. After about an hour our ceiling in our bathroom started leaking, to the point where we could hear the water streaming down (no minor drip I tell you). They moved us to another room where we soon found that if the AC was operating in any capacity it would squeak at a level that made it impossible to sleep. After trying to sleep with no AC and feeling pessimistic about getting a room that wasnt defective, we left at 10pm. I was drawn in by the price but its not worth it. We meant to stay the night, before continuing our trek home in the morning but left a few hours into our stay.
We stayed in there on September. The staff was nice , great restaurant. The only disappointing is that if the cleaning staff do not turn in what they find at the room. We were in room 104 and forgot the most important thing our pictures . We bought pictures at the place that we went and left at the room and call back to get it and they were never returned even though we left a nice tip to the cleaning lady. They didnt even bother.
