I arrived late, the guest services staff must have been tired but they greeted me with a warm welcome and provided all the details and necessities to get me up to my room and off to bed. They provided excellent recommendations for a quick meal and helped me get calibrated. I stayed in a king suite with a full kitchen, office, and lounge... All very space efficient and comfortable. I got back from a day of meetings and work to be welcomed to a very clean room. Impressed with the staff and services.
A mediocre example of a mediocre chain. E.G. when you book a room for four guests, there should be bedding and towels for 4. When there aren't (which admittedly often isn't the case) and they bring the requested towels, they should replenish the towels, as requested, daily. This wasn't done. The coffee maker wasn't cleaned and replenished daily. I'm not expecting the Ritz, but also not expecting youth hostel levels of service either. As for breakfast, what kind of chicken do they get those rubbery "fried eggs" from? And Jif (sounds like a cleaning product) peanut butter and grape jelly? Who uses grape jelly? I thought that was only found in US sitcoms!
Had a good stay here. Nice clean rooms. Good breakfast.
Rooms are nice with full kitchen including dishwasher. No pay per view or chargeable things in the room. Room service politely provides additional towels and bathroom items. Breakfast area on 14th floor gets you a view all the way downtown. CN tower visible. Breakfast has meat patties, egg, cereal, oatmeal, muffins fruit, great to start the day. Very near the 404, access to highway is easy.
Awesome hotel.. it's a little dated but all rooms are updated.. lobby is updated. Gym is great. Beds super comfortable!
