My experience with Dr. Kazandji has been extremely disappointing. Scheduling is difficult, follow-up doesn’t happen, and communication is lacking! I would look elsewhere if you need reliable care.
Dr. Jang is a horrible representation and the complete opposite of what a Doctor should be, For 3 years I complained about breathing problems and waking up multiple times a night gasping for air just to be met with the same answer, Smoke less get more fresh air, I pretty much had to force him to send me to a EMT Specialist after seeing him so many times and complaining about the same thing over and over again, Surprise i have an really bad obstruction and need to have immediate surgery 2 weeks later for a Deviated Septum, But the worst thing this doctor ever did to me was refusing to diagnose me with Vertiginous Epilepsy, The countless seizures, Sleepless nights, Balance and movement problems, Loss of conciseness and the 10-12 other horrible things that come with it was unbearable, It took 4 separate visits of begging him to send me to a specialist before he would send me to one, It took me grabbing my Father's medical book he had in storage and doing my own research to on the 4'th visit to bring the book and say this is what i think i have for him to finally send me to one, It took 2 separate EMT Specialist to tell me my Vertiginous Epilepsy and gone past to what they were able to help me, I had to go to a Physio Therapist every week for 6 Months and do the exercises i learned from him 4 times a day for almost a year for it to go away, I could barely work to support myself because of my symptoms and I suffered for almost 4 YEARS because of Dr Jang's incompetence, If i could sue him or get his Medical License suspended or revoked i would in a heartbeat, He has failed me on so many different occasions besides the 2 I've mentioned already and i will never go back to this place, Thinking of all the trauma and physical torment i had to go threw truly has me enraged every time i think about it, His talking over you when you're speaking, telling you you're wrong about your symptoms, downplaying your medical issues, nonchalant attitude towards everything and his refusal to diagnose you weather it's pride or ignorance is truly appalling, Dr Jang is without a doubt the WORST DOCTOR I've ever had the displeasure of meeting, Please do yourself a favor and go to another Doctor's office there is a reason this is the worst rated doctors office in the city of Markham and they sure as hell deserve it!!
Dr. Wong is a phenomenal doctor and my family is lucky to have him as our doctor. He is kind, thorough, and talented at explaining complicated concepts. He’s also wonderful with kids! The admin staff (shoutout to Angela) are kind and I think do a wonderful job dealing with a high volume of patients. The after hours clinic is an enormous help.
I have seen Dr. Kazandji once and my experience with her has been just meeting the bare minimum. I don’t often feel heard, and the appointments are always rushed. I am unsure whether my file has been closed, but I have a new family doctor now who is extremely caring.
My family and myself have been patients here for many years. Dr. Wong is fantastic, extremely thorough and professional. The front desk and admin are always very friendly and helpful.
OH MY GOD! Such unprofessional, rudeless, heartless, and very bad behavior staff, The receptionist lady , again, OH MY GOD, she talks like she owns whole hospitals/clinics in canada, Most of them have the same bad and irritating behavior, They get annoyed easily when you ask them a simple question or help, The government has to take action on this clinic . Emillie is one of the most uncaring doctors I've ever met. When my father passed away we couldn't get the funeral home in Markham to accommodate so we went with a funeral home in Scarborough. When she found out she asked who would be picking the death certificate up because she didn't want to drive to Scarborough. Yes, a person passed away and all she could care about was her being inconvenienced for driving five extra minutes south. Ridiculous. Edit: To reply. She told the nurse Scarborough was too far. Have the family pick it up themselves. We live on Steeles, the funeral house is on Sheppard. Doing some more reading it is now evident to me that it was her responsibility to have it delivered. Please read below. If Emillie is that busy then maybe she should have a courier on call. There is no such thing as being busy. Everything in life is about priorities, that day she didn't make our family one. Since January 2011, an agreement between the Coroner’s Office and the Ontario Funeral Home Association allows the coroner to direct transfer of the deceased to a funeral home of the family’s choice prior to certification. The Coroner’s expectation, then, is that the family doctor will attend at the funeral home within 24 hours to sign the medical certificate of death.
