I have been a patient of Dr.Iskander for over 15 years and I am thankful for her dedication; I was a patient when the clinic was under a different outfit (THE DOCTORS OFFICE), but the service centred approach has always worked for me.
I had booked an appointment last night for ultrasound, cardiography, and X-ray for today at 12:20 PM. This morning, I received a message warning me of a $50 no-show fee if I didn’t attend. When I arrived, the staff said I had called to cancel my appointment, which I never did, and I had already provided detailed information about the tests the night before. Also, if the ultrasound wasn’t available, I don’t understand why the appointment was given to me and why I received a message confirming my attendance. I had clearly explained all the tests in my previous instructions. It seems there was a misunderstanding. I came immediately and was ready for my appointment. I hope this issue is addressed so other patients don’t face the same confusion
Truly one of a kind! Dr. Islandar is the perfect blend of knowledge, compassion, and kindness. She takes the time to really listen, explain things clearly, and make you feel genuinely cared for. Even when she’s delivering difficult news, she does it with such empathy and grace that you leave feeling supported and understood. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such professionalism with a truly caring heart . she’s absolutely exceptional, and I’m so grateful to have her as my family doctor
Even with an appointment booked in advance, the average wait time is about an hour. Since MCI took over, they’ve been overbooking doctors with little respect for patients’ time. The receptionist is highly unprofessional with complete disregard for patients.
Doctor is lazy and incompetent. She told me she didn't hear problem in my lungs and to wait for the cough to go away by itself, went to another clinic who diagnosed me with bronchitis.
Updated review Dec 2025: Currently waiting as a walk in patient with their online booking tool appointment at 5:45. It’s been more than 1hr 45 mins while I write this, that they have one working doctor and very pissed sick patients. For a walk in clinic with APPOINTMENTS- DO BETTER. I’d give zero stars if I could. Unprofessional and disappointing. 2 stars only because of my Original review: Dr Bala is amazing at treating patients - she listens and provides answers and solutions that best suit your needs. The clinic has really progressed with appointment scheduling in advance and is neat and tidy.
I went to see Dr. Iskander and she was amazing! She listened to my concerns and was very helpful and patient. I also spoke to the manager, Rabiaa, and she was very accommodating and kind as well. All the staff, nurses and receptionists, were very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this place for your clinic!
