sent my phone to be repaired and took more than a week to tell me it couldn't be repaired and they lost my case. I then went to an actual repair shop and told me the damage done to my phone when they were trying to repair it was equal to a new phone.

Brought my phone here to get the screen repaired. Got it back with the colour of my display messed up. It was fine before. Women working up front was unhelpful when I went back about the issue. Do not go here.
I brought my Apple Watch in for repairs the associate said we’ll call you so 48 hours later she called me and they told me the watch is fixed I pick up the watch nothing is fixed terrible customer service
Came in to do a battery replacement for my iPad since it was getting older. Not as nice looking as other stores but they had a reasonable price and turnaround time. Also, the customer service was good. After using it with the new battery it hasn't improved much. Yes, it's better by giving me an extra hour of screen time but not enough to justify the cost. Now after a few months of regular use my iPad shuts down when the battery hits around 30%. Not sure if it is related to the battery change but most likely. Not really happy that after 6 months of changing the battery I have to buy a new iPad anyway. Edit: Last ditch effort, I wiped the iPad and cleared/reset all data. Still no improvement and shuts off after battery hits around 30%.
