The customer service at this store was great. I want to personally thank Amaan for his exceptional customer service, time and patience when it came to fixing and retrieving my niece’s information off her phone. He went far and beyond in helping me and I truly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. The store is also very nice and has a great selection of products and phones and gadgets, and does amazing prints on iPhone cases too.
I had the best experience here, my phone screen touch function stopped working and Aman was so wonderful and patient. He answered all my questions in depth and gave me multiple options to choose from. He was so patient to explain the steps he will take multiple times, and genuinely gives you great advice that will benefit you in the end. I am so happy I ran into this place. I was skeptical with third party phone stores as some try to money grab but this was far from what I experienced. Aman is very honest and helpful. He even let me leave my phone overnight to finish backing up and come pick it up the next day - SUPER accommodating as well.Thank you so much! Truly the best of the best. Aman was so incredibly helpful and patient with me. He walked me through everything that was wrong with my phone and explained what was happening. He took his time and was very meticulous with his work. Previously, I had gone to Apple and they said my phone was unfixable but Aman had several options for me. He saved my phone and all the data I had on it. Would 10/10 recommend for any phone issues. They also have really nice accessories for phones at an amazing price. Thank you Aman!!
I always come here because I am constantly dropping my iPhone. Prices are fair and reasonable, and they work quick. Employees are always very knowledgably. I would recommend coming here for good service.
I went with my father earlier today. Aman was very nice and the service was really good. The care & attention to detail were spot on. Wasn't pushy with purchases, and very nice in general. Would come again
This shop is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. I bought screen protectors plan, looks expensive but it worth. In fact, I the money I paid was for three screen protectors, and I am free to change within a year when the old one broke. The staff change it professionally. I highly recommend this to everyone.
Would not recommend for screen repair. Everything else is great. I brought my phone in to replace the screen which had lots of cracks in it. I was told that it would be ready later that day. It was not. The next day it was ready but the screen was extremely dark and would only swipe very slowly. Then the issues started to appear, the new screen was not flush at the bottom of the phone, this caused it to not properly fit into the case and the volume button to always be pushed. Tried using the phone without a case but new issues developed. Had to buy a new phone :(
