Scam artists! Bought a Samsung Note 20 Ultra phone for $337. First minute I used the phone I noticed right away the camera was bad. Everything is out of focus and blurry. I use my phone everyday for business social media, and the phone they sold me is absolute garbage. You can clearly see fingerprints & scratches on the camera lens inside. They refused to refund my purchase and only offered a store credit. Why would I want to continue to do business with someone who scammed me? A waste of $300. Do not buy phones from this store. They sell defective refurbished phones and are dishonest. I will never recommend and tell ppl to avoid shopping here.

They didn’t have a technician on site but the sales rep proceeded to tell me they were the technician. Instead of opening and inspecting my phones damaged just pushed the sales of a new phone. It’s okay to tell me the technician isn’t in and to return another day instead of attempting a conversion tactic. Please review policies and suggest new guidelines. Or create sales only stores and repair only shops so employees don’t feel pressured to make commissions.
First of all, these guys are super courteous and they make you feel valued, respected, and comfortable whether you're talking on the phone with them or just setting foot in the store. Second, I brought my phone in because it kept losing connection with the charger when plugged in. Although I tried compressed air and cleaning it with a toothpick, it didn't help. The guy at MK cleaned it for me and I was in and out of there in 2 minutes. Best of all, he didn't charge me a penny. Great guys to deal with. Other stores should take note of how to treat customers.
Got a new phone from this store 13 pro max Was with Fido but now I am with Koodo Now paying $10 less than before with more data Barinder put a great effort helping me choose the right plan. Although its was extremely busy during the weekend, but she managed to help professionally and patiently. Will recommend to others.
