I have had several excellent experiences with Farshad at Toptek. Knowledgeable, great customer service, and very fair. No unnecessary upselling, Farshad gives a straight up assessment and provides quality work. Brought in an older windows desktop that stopped booting, as well as a Macbook with a broken screen. Both fixed, with warranty, Toptek stands behind their service. He's been at this convenient location for many years, which speaks volumes. Thumbs up!
I would strongly recommend you to stay away from this place. I called to get a quote for battery replacement, agent told me right away that they are apple authorized service provider and it would cost me 350$ plus tax to replace the battery...Im not sure why its almost $100 more than Apple Canada, which is $269 plus tax, but do your research before contacting such companies.
I highly recommend Top Tek system to anyone looking to get their Mac Books fixed. Go and see them before going to Apple Store. It is Apple Authorized Service Centre so technically it is like Apple Store but no waiting in line for hours. Very fast and friendly.
I had an iPhone 7 with a broken screen and I went to Top Tek System. They replaced the screen within an hour. Excellent job. They have Friendly, honest and professional staff! My iPhone 7 looks like Brand New. I strongly recommend this company!
