I recently experienced a major issue with my phone as it suddenly stopped working after charging, and I was very concerned since I hadn’t backed up my data. I brought it to The Mega Box at First Markham Place, where Terrance carefully examined it and attempted several solutions. When the phone couldn’t be rebooted, he offered to send it to their technician for further diagnosis and data recovery. The team was impressively efficient, contacting me the next day to explain the issue and present clear options. Thanks to their expertise, they successfully retrieved most of my data and even helped transfer everything to my new phone. Both Terrance and Kenneth were extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and provided valuable advice throughout the process. I also want to thank the technician(s) for their excellent work in recovering my data. Their service was professional, timely, and reasonably priced. I truly appreciate the efforts of the entire team and highly recommend The Mega Box to anyone experiencing phone issues.

Amazing service by Kenneth. My phone screen cracked and the phone was not functioning at all. Kenneth was able to transfer everything to a temporary phone, made sure everything was okay before I left. It was likely the best thing that's happened since the phone became unusable.
