Excellent, quick, transparent service and fair pricing. They open/fix the phone right in front of you. I went in to fix my S23 Ultra which had a cracked screen, and a defective 5G antenna due to dropping + water damage. They told me that the screen is not worth the fix at the moment (still works fine, just aesthetics) and quoted me range of pricing to open and see if they can fix the 5G antenna. After opening, they charged me the lower number in the estimate and started work on my phone in front of me (tore it open and put it under microscope right then and there), and I left and came back in 1h and it was fully fixed. They replaced the antenna connector and cleaned up the board from water residue. Phone finally works perfectly again now. 5/5 would recommend to anyone.

Zero or Negative Star; Disrespectful and Careless On September 7, 2025, David opened my Samsung Galaxy S2 phone, detached the parts, could not fix the phone and did not put it back properly. I did not know what he was doing with my phone was appropriate or not. I found he did not put all the screws back. Also, the man who sat next to him on that day ridiculed me and my situation. I went there only because I was referred by the owner/staff of PC Gate Computer on the ground floor of Pacific Mall. I request for refund promptly.
Excellent service , accurate with time estimates was able to fix my phone. My old iPhone had water damage with the screen not working apple basically said I had to replace the phone when I went to mobile surgeon he replaced my screen and also suggested to me a new battery and explained why… my phone felt brand new however I few days later I noticed my phone would overheat I called him and he said he would look at the software and hardwire to source the problem
Great service and great communication, I’ve been here twice and he was just as nice and fair with the prices and he fixed my phone charger the first time, and screen the second time.
David always answers my calls, he’s fixed my phone twice, second time being on the same day after the screen got accidentally cracked. He’s very polite, hardworking and honest.
