They groomed my very fluffy long-haired cat, and did a fantastic job! I was nervous because his coat is difficult to work with and he gets nervous at the groomer, but all of the staff were absolutely amazing and knew exactly what to do. I’ve never been somewhere that handles cats so well, I would recommend them to anybody looking for a good groomer! He came back so soft, perfectly brushed, nails trimmed, they did everything and he was completely relaxed at the end!
Been taking my pup to Apple Club Pet for grooming for close to a year and they do a great teddy bear cut on my maltipoo, it grows in so well! I like the ease of booking online where you can see the availability; always able to find an appointment within 1-2 weeks
We have been taking our dog to this store all the time. He always gets a round, teddy bear style cut. This time we decided to shake things up and gave him a poodle cut! James the pet groomer did a fantastic job! We are really happy with this style. Look how elegant our baby's become!!✨?
I've used Apple Club Pet a few times now for my 2 Tabby Cats, and my experience has been amazing! Their service is great and friendly. With my last visit, they even picked up my cats for me and dropped them off because I told them I was 6 months pregnant and It would've been hard for me to carry the carrier. They are easy to communicate with and my cats always smell so good after their service!! 10/10 would recommend any pet owners to trust your pets with them!
This store not only offers the best prices on everything, their customer service is outstanding! My dog can be a bit aggressive around strangers, but the staff here always handles it with professionalism. We’ve never had any issues, and now it’s my dog’s absolute favorite place to visit!
I was taking my dog Max there for routine Spa. Super nice people there. Price is reasonable. They will tell some useful information about the pet and show you pictures during the process. I highly recommend them.
I absolutely recommend this place to other fellow cat/pet owners! It was so easy booking on the website (I booked same day appointment - though you need to wait for confirmation from the store but it was a super fast process). I was worried at first leaving my babies because they get stressed easily - but the staff reassured me and ran me through the process of how they will wash and clean the cats. This put me at ease because they ask for any allergies or behaviour concerns that might affect the cleaning. All in all, they are super detailed and careful so rest assured your pets are in safe hands! Super fair price from all the cleaning that they did for me! Apparently my long hair cat had to be washed 3x from all the dirt and dust accumulated in her fur they came back super duper clean and smelled amazinggg 100% recommend to other cat owners!!
