I really recommend Fab ‘n Furry Pet Spa! Zane was the groomer of Tai (my pet), he did and amazing work, I will definitely continue to use their services
I hate to write poor reviews on small businesses, but I came home seething from my first (and last) appointment. I brought my dog here for a simple nail trim. The Asian man who worked there didn’t know what he was doing. He kept contorting my dog’s legs and paws so that my dog was crying. The man was also shouting at my dog in Chinese and yelling “NO!” when my dog was just scared and struggling. I went to help hold my dog because he was on a 3’ high elevated lift. Due to all the struggling and shouting, I was afraid my dog would fall off the lift and twist his paw or leg. My dog was terrified and the man was getting increasingly agitated. In the end, I told him to stop, with one more paw to go because I foresaw a vet bill in my future if the service was to persist. My dog has had no issues with nails until today. I only came to this location because our usual groomer was fully booked and I wanted my dog’s nails trimmed to wear his boots. Oh, and despite only trimming 3 paws, I was charged full price. Nice. Stay away from this business. If you do take a chance and go, stay and observe to make sure your fur baby is not getting abused
I’m so disappointed about the service, I booked a week in advance. I’m going all the way from Hamilton to Markham. They just canceled my appointment the last minute. I had appointment at 4:00pm, they shot me a message at 3:00pm says have to cancel it. Because the groomer not there whole day due to emergency situation. I mean you had whole day to tell me. Interesting place.
My family and I took our retriever to Fab ‘n Furry for his first grooming experience this weekend, and he has never looked better! Usually a dog who can’t sit still, the staff handled him with ease, freshening up his coat and ears. Everyone was super kind and knowledgeable, making for an overall great experience! Thank you Fab ‘n Furry, looking forward to booking again :)

We have come for a few times already and they did a great job with our dog. Took the time to really clean her and groom her well. On top of that, they are very reasonably priced. Pet owners, I highly recommend taking your dog here.
