Fantastic Experience. Our groomer of 40 yrs retired. No idea where to go because West Highland Terriers are not the easiest to groom. A former employee recommended Fluffy Spa, she said they did hand stripping which is very hard to find, I just wanted a regular grooming but if they were offering hand stripping they knew what a Westie should look like. It was very easy to book an appt, everything was followed up with a text. We arrived a few minutes early and my dog Rocklyn was greeted by a very nice dog and she immediately started wagging so she was happy to be there. I was told I would be called around 4:30 for pick up info and I left a couple of pics of Rocklyn after her last grooming hoping she would look similar. At 4:30 I got a call saying she would be ready at 5:00 and that’s when I got there. Rocklyn was still on the table at the very back of the shop. I could see she was wagging her tail and tilting her head at the groomer. She was clearly relaxed and very engaged with the groomer, it was such a relief to see her so happy on her first visit with new people. Out of nowhere she was scooped up and brought up front for her photo and then brought to me. She looked fantastic, it might have been the best grooming she’s ever had, her face was given more of a puppy cut and we love it. My dad can’t stop telling her how great she looks. Thank you Wynne and everyone else at Fluffy Spa for making Rocklyn’s visit so great, will see you again in 4 weeks.
Fluffy spa does really good they are very kind to the dog , they also pictures for you, the cutting skills are so good and sometimes your dog even loves this to much and do not want to go back home because they are so kind！This is the results.

This grooming shop is a gem! Not only the grooming service is professional and detailed, I am impressed how caring and tender is the groomer, Hui Min. My puppy is not easy to trim and groom coz his hair is thin. But see how handsome he is after grooming. Min has extraordinary trimming skills, I love how she trimmed my puppy's head (round shape with a headphone-like ear), while body and legs look nicely balanced. But I would say my biggest like is seeing my puppy's happy face everytime after grooming. I know how much he enjoys it. It's definitely a 5 star!
They always do such a nice job. While the price has increased substantially with the new owner, I wouldn’t go anywhere else as long as the groomer continues to work there!
I love this place. We have four cats at home and are located in Stouffville and there was nothing nearby for grooming services for cats. After I checked everywhere online I found Fluffy Spa Markham and they groomed our 3 cats with dedication and care. The owner and staff are very responsive and professional people.
