I strong recommend this shop to everyone, this shop is absolutely fantastic, I am satisfied with every design and the groomer is very nice, my dog looks so nice and he smells perfect after his showers
I’ve brought my dog here twice now, and both times I’ve been really impressed with the service. My dog always comes out looking fresh and happy. The haircut was exactly what I asked for, and the staff made sure my dog was comfortable throughout.
I am a first time customer and today, I dropped off my dog for her appointment to get her anal glands expressed. The groomer ( I didn’t get her name) was so friendly and kind and finished with my dog in less than 10 mins. The groomer mentioned that there wasn’t much that needed to be expressed and said she’d offer the service free of charge. This was unexpected but so generous and kind! We want to say thank you for your generosity and for such great customer service ☺️
I’ve been using their services for just over a year and I’m very pleased. Belle just loves my girl Poppy (it’s mutual) and she always comes home looking like a stuffed animal. Booking is so easy and one of the other things I love about pawlywood.
With a young 14 week puppy, I was initially very nervous about how my dog would react to being groomed but when we picked her up, she was in such a state of calmness. Thank you for the amazing service and for putting my mind at ease. We can now see her eyes!!!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!! They cut both my dogs skin off. Had to take my dogs to vet for medication. Do not trust the boy with glasses at the front. Worst grooming ever.
