I found Simon’s quote for redoing the flat part of my roof and fixing some other things, including shingles leading down to the flat part, significantly lower than other quotes. Simon was easy to work with, as mentioned in another review, and his work was done on time. I highly recommend him.

How reliable can you be if you can’t keep your promises to even provide a price?
