Mike is one most professional mechanic guys I ever seen in my entire life. He quickly diagnoses the problem with the car , explain everything clearly and give a very fair price with no hidden charge. The work is always done faster than expected . I highly recommend Acracy transmission & Auto Repair for all of my friends .
Do not use this shop. One of the mechanics (possibly the owner) double parked my car. I asked him politely to move it as i had my kids with me and another appointment, he basically told me to wait. I reiterated i had kids and he kinda just refused. He was filling air in a tire - finished one tire and still told me to wait. He finally moved it after i raised my voice. This guy is a piece of work. My assumption is this bad attitude carries over into all of his work. I wouldnt support someone like this for anything. There are tons of great mechanics who are nice even in the same plaza. Dont give this guy your business.
Mike is such a great person, he always treats me like family member and he does all his best to give the best service with lowest and fair price, I highly appreciate his honesty and level of qualifications and expertise I am really happy to have such a great mechanic and friend.
I’ve been coming here for years. I was referred by a close friend of mine. Have never gone anywhere since. Mike and staff are wonderful people. I’ve saved thousands of dollars by bringing all my cars here. I used to go to Toyota years ago. They told me I had to fix the exhaust system for $3500. I was suspicious so I brought my car into Mike. He inspected my car and told me the exhaust was fine and that it was my timing belt. Mike is an honest gentleman. I can come to him with all my car issues and know that I will get honest advice and reliable service. I highly recommend. Best mechanic shop in Markham!
Mike is a man who loves what he does. He is actually worried about the cars he works in and, mostly, the customers he takes care of like they're his own family. It's truly difficult to find a mechanic who doesn't just want to make a quick buck off of customers. One little, but spectacular, thing about him is the way he shows the customer all the parts that were replaced, or the work that was done, and explains the reasons like explaining a 5 year old. Never have worried about the car after finding his shop.
Best Auto shop. Professional team, reliable work. Mike tells you honestly what needs to be replaced in your car and what doesn't. They don't try to rip you off like the car dealerships who come up with numerous reasons to overcharge you. Highly recommend
