The service here is exceptional. They looked after my family and repaired my car promptly. The staff is incredibly attentive, showing great care and attention to detail. We truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication they put in. Andrea was super helpful and attentive to our needs, she was very pleasant .
I was sent to Inact Service Centre through my insurance for bumper repair. Great customer service with quick turnaround time. The job was well done. They even vacuumed and cleaned out the inside of my car which I didn't expect. The only thing was that I left a jar of coins in the middle console. It had alot of $2s and $1s coins (about $20+) along with quarters, nickels and dimes. I thought I hid it well but when I got the car back all the $2s and $1s were taken. It was my fault for keeping cash in the car. Also there was a little scratch on my driver side mirror. Probably from pulling in/out of the garage. Other than that, it would have been 5star service.
The entire staff were very professional and helpful, including Sophia, Lorelei, and Clark. Repair was completed on time and well done, and even did a nice surface clean on the inside, which I’m very grateful for!
I had a great experience with Carstar Markham! Sophia handled my file at the beginning and she was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. They followed up with my insurance company, setup the rental, and handled everything basically. Clark and Lorelei both handled my file while Sophia was on vacation and they never missed a step. When I picked up my car, not only was the body work done to perfection but my car was completely detailed which I was not expecting. I was rear ended a couple of weeks ago. The collision made quite a bit of a mess, including crushing the rear bumper. My insurance company referred me to CARSTAR on Laidlaw. The estimator who examined the car before the repair noticed things that I had missed. I had the car back in less time than they originally estimated. They needed one trim piece that took longer to get, so they gave me the car so I had it while they waited for the part. It arrived yesterday, and I took the car in today and they installed it while I waited. I am thrilled with the work that they did. It is as if the accident never happened. They kept me posted on progress during the repair, and all the staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. There was one minor issue with the trunk release due to a loose electrical connection, which they fixed at the same time as they installed the last part.
I had to repair the hail damage and also for a hit and run on my car. Carstar fixed it like they were never there in the first place. All through the process both Lorelei and Sophia were keeping me updated and well informed. The auto updates to my e-mail about the status of the work was a nice touch as well.
