was looking for a reputable shop for my Lexus IS300 and was referred here—glad I was! I came in for an oil and filter change and asked about a tire rotation. Rambo checked my tires and advised that a rotation wasn’t necessary yet. That level of honesty and transparency is exactly what I look for in a shop, so I knew I was in the right place. The service was quick—I was in and out in 30 minutes—and it cost far less than what a dealer would charge for the same service. If you want honest, efficient, and cost-effective service, this is the place to go! I’ll be scheduling all of my future services at BC.
Bullock City fit me in on a very short notice appointment within the day and did the service in a timely manner. The pricing was fair and the work was done well.
I took an appointment for some repairs in brakes , Rambo is a good person to deal with , the parts used were OEM , but it is a bit pricy , but make sure you discuss the scope of job to be done, don’t leave it open or you will get a surprise.

Apart from performing the work, he went way and beyond to help me get the best value from the warranty program. During my visit I have also interacted with other patrons - who have been working with Bullock City for over a decade. My go to local garage! They are very professional techs, always get the job done. I feel they have better knowledge than most local car dealership employees. Never push me to do any unnecessary services. Recently got my winter tires and scheduled maintenance done at there, good experience as usual! Keep in mind, they can be quite busy during tire seasons, so make sure to book appointment ahead!
Always take all of our cars here. Rambo and Andy are excellent mechanics and are very honest about what work needs to be done right away and what can wait. Whenever anyone needs work done we always recommend Bullock City!!
Bullock City is the best garage for any cars - but especially Toyota and Lexus cars. Andy and his team are extremely knowledgeable and the cost of the service is far less than any dealership. The body shop is also fabulous - and does great work. I've recommended Bullock City to many people - and they all rave over the quality of the work, the service and the low price. Rambo provides great customer service as well. I've been going there for over 4 years now, take all of our families cars there (5) and they're the best. Highly recommended.
