Not sure where are the positive reviews came from. Bad experience with this place never on time to pick up the car before. I left the car there on Monday and they did not do any jobs on my car for 5 days :( I picked up my vehicle today as I could not see they will schedule to do anything. Never going back to that place
Impressed. Got appointment within 1 day of request. Vehicle taken in and given back all done exactly in time frame stated. Very reasonable charges as compared to Mercedes dealership. Is the only place where I will take my vehicle again for any requirement.
Incredible and generous service from Mr.Fan and his technician. I came for a simple engine coolant flush, and the technician went out of his way to take a look at my 2018 C300 to see if everything was in working order. He noticed there was a nail in the tire and had it repaired in 10 minutes. Mr.Fan and crew are extremely professional and know what they are doing, no gimmicks. This shop is the only shop I will take my car too.
Update: The owner worked on my car until it was fixed and was able to pick up late on Saturday. Initial driving today is good and problem seems to be resolved. Read below for more info. I had my car towed to this mechanic yesterday Dec. 17, 2022 early morning. I was told a couple cars ahead so a few hours and they did not diagnose until end of day. My car was there overnight already and now they want to keep my car over the weekend. So I told Fan, I already waited an entire day for diagnosis and I need my car repaired today. The owner turned this around and fixed my car late the next day. Thanks.
