Came here after my car was broken into. The front team is really nice and good at answering all my questions. They sent updates and photos throughout the process. The car looked like new, inside and outside. The new window and tint and car paint were matched perfectly.
I had some minor damage on my car door and bumper requiring both repairing the damage and repainting. I received a few quotes from a few reputable body shops and found their rate was reasonable. The work was started promptly almost as soon as I dropped off my car. Throughout the process I was kept updated on the work through regular emails that included photos of my car at various stages of repair. The pick up was also smooth with no issues and found the car was cleaned both inside and outside and looked brand new. Furthermore, the shop is conveniently located a short walk from the GO station at Markville Mall. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend Velocity (now the Markham branch of Excellence) to anyone who needs body work.

I took my car to this auto body shop for a polishing job, and I'm blown away by the results. It looks like nothing ever happened to my car—they did a perfect job. The person who worked on my car, Xin, is truly a master at what he does. The manager was incredibly nice, telling me they wouldn't charge for anything that wasn't necessary. It's rare to find such honest people and a business with such integrity. This is a top-notch, trustworthy shop, and I highly recommend them.
