Excellent service, reliable and fair price. I went in for an issue but my car decided to work properly so they couldn’t diagnose it. They never charged for looking at it and taking it for a test drive. The car dealer would have charged me $125. I recommend them highly.

I explained my situation that my battery keep draining even with new battery from costco. They just checked the battery and tight up the screw. They told me that is all they can do. because this drain may caused by loose connection. I told them that the new battery was connected well. but they are not interested to help me out and charge me $50. I would say this is so unprofessional and maybe I should find a electrical shop instead of auto shop. And my car is 2016 rdx. If you have same issue, that might be blue tooth or handfree device has issue. check google that might help

Worst auto shop, Worst sevice, Be aware of this Auto shop My vehicle is bmw m340i (9300km) Yesterday I looked for a good review auto shop to change to winter tires. The place i finally found was k5auto. After changing to winter tires, i came home and noticed scratches digging inside where curb rash on rim. So i called this morning and talked with shop owner on the phone. He said we never make mistakes and we can never scratch because we have used plastic tool. Nothing we can do even if we see the scratch. He didn’t even apologize. This is huge disappointment how they handled this manner. I will never recommend this place.
Horrible service. Young man who works the shop is very nice but the owner is horrible and very rude. They fix something other than I ask and charge me his mistake . Very bad service. Not recommendable at all.
Only thing they care about is money, lack in customer service specially for loyal customers. Highly expensive. One day they do a job for 40 and then the next day the same for 60
