I have been getting my vehicles serviced at Beck for several years now and they have always provided excellent service. A few times I needed emergency repairs (most recently with a damaged tire rim) and they have been helpful and accommodating. They find a way to fit me in even when they are busy. I feel they are trustworthy and won’t recommend service I don’t need, unlike some dealerships I’ve been to.
Got a flat called Beck to see if I could drop on my tire so that they can repair it. They agreed and I brought it in. They called me back a little while later that morning to tell me that the tire was repaired and was ready for pickup. I asked it there was a possibility if I could swing by and have them install the wheel back onto the car (I had put a winter tire in the meantime. I arrived there and was in and out in 15 minutes. This was the first time I've been at Becks and it definitely won't be the last. Staff is welcoming, courteous and pleasant to speak with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this establishment.
Went in for four tires which we told we needed. Mitch informed us tires didn't need to be changed. Just an alignment and a rotation. Great to find someone honest. Saved us $700. Will definitely return for our oil changes, tune-ups etc. So pleased. Thank you Mitch
A couple of days ago, I had an issue with my car’s brakes and stopped by Beck, which was conveniently located nearby. Even though it was nearly closing time, they still agreed to take a quick look to see what was going on. The technician who inspected my car was incredibly polite and helpful, and they identified that I needed a tire replacement. To my surprise, they didn’t charge me for the inspection. I’m genuinely grateful for their kindness and exceptional customer service. I’d highly recommend Beck to anyone needing car repairs—I’ll definitely be suggesting them to friends and family.
It's a new shop for me and I like trying out new places with small jobs. I came here for tire balancing and an oil change, at two different times. Unfortunately, they managed to butcher both jobs. Balancing - over inflated tires by 15psi even after I gave them a specific value to inflate to. Oil change - this is a fun one. I specifically asked for oil change only, nothing extra. Apparently, "extra" means you don't properly tighten the drain plug. And it also means fill up the windshield washer fluid with the most expensive fluid known to man at 6$/L. My vehicle was left standing for a few days before I saw an oil ruined driveway. Thought a gasket went and went for a full checkup with a trusted shop, who immediately found the problem. Fun. Two separate occasions, two bad jobs. On the plus side, the owners are pleasant. Too bad they run a clown of a shop. EDIT: The owner offered to speak about the issues below, but I have already spoken to him regarding the tire issue when it occurred, there wasn't any accountability or courses of action offered. I wasn't going to have them address the oil leak, as I thought it was a leaking gasket which is a big job that I didn't trust them with yet. Once it was determined it was an untightened drain plug, it was too late. I already changed my oil again and paid another shop for the inspection. Unless you want to refund me the oil change fees, Mitch? :)
Friendly and straight forward customer service, honest repair advice with good communication and explanation of issues and work to be done, all at reasonable prices. I was pleasantly surprised when on my recent visit the issue I had was covered under warranty. The part was replaced a little over a year ago at their shop and was just outside warranty period, but they lobbied the supplier to get a replacement at no cost. On a previous visit they rotated my tires but had forgotten to include that on the bill. When they called to explain the work was done, just not showing on the bill, I insisted to pay but they were kind enough to leave it as is. Family business around for several decades, so you know they are doing things right!
Overpriced. There are many good mechanic if you go few miles in any direction. I dont know what made me to think to get fixed my car here. OVERPRICED.
