Waited for a very long time to get my tires but, I walked out without getting them and on top of that got a very bad response from Brad. I can't believe I came here in the first place STAY AWAY
I am saddened to learn that Braiden Wheel & Tire had to close....forced to close because condos are to be built in that location. All the small businesses are being closed for more big buildings. So unfair. We bought all our tires here because of the service we got.
Really bad experience from oil change and tire swap. First they broke my hood release latch and they blamed that my vehicle was too old and that it happened. I guess things could break by itself Second, the oil change resulted in an oil leak all over my interlock driveway. I took my vehicle back and they blamed that it was coming from other hoses and not from an oil change. Guess what? They forgot to put the gasket on a drain plug. I had to take it elsewhere to get it fixed. This shop just never admits mistakes. What a waste of my time and money
I've been a loyal customer of Braiden Tire since before they relocated to their current location. I've always had a positive experience with their tire services, including buying, changing, and storing my tires there for many years.
I was recommended by MB Markham to come see Braidan for bolts/lugs/tires/wheel advice. The patience this gentleman has was second to none. He is very knowledgeable, very patient, and recommends what you actually need or will work better for your needs.
very unprofessional, I got brand new Camaro into this store for rear tire change and to my surprise they chipped my rim and management not even took responsibility .I definitely don't recommend this guy after this incident. thumbs down
