I had a great experience at this shop, the most convenient road side assistance. They picked us up and we were able to pick up a rental vehicle to get through the day. James was attentive to ensure all communication was clear. Would definitely recommend this shop to everyone.
I've been meaning to write this review for a while! The service here was above and beyond...I have a large SUV and the thing was covered in artificial turf from my kids soccer...that stuff is impossible to get out...but it was done and my SUV looked better then when I drove it off the lot! Will be a customer for life.
I took my Volvo xc90 for some work and I couldn't believe how professional and timely they were. They even waited for me until late evening around 10pm to accommodate my pickup time request. I've found my goto spot.

Came into Eminent to get my interior gutted and cleaned. Oil spilled in my trunk and I used dirt to absorb it. It hardened and was difficult to remove. It took the team a few hours and they had it looking fresh. They took out the carpet and cleaned the metal underneath. They even sprayed a rust inhibitor so I have a peace of mind knowing rust is not a possibility. Now I'm driving around comfortably with my carpets and interior clean.
