I’ve had an excellent experience with N2 Tire and Auto. The service, quality of work, and pricing are all top-notch. They’re honest, efficient, and really take the time to do things properly. I’ve noticed some negative reviews, but from my experience, the team here delivers solid work at fair prices and sometimes people don’t appreciate the cost that comes with quality parts and professional service. For me, N2 has been reliable and trustworthy every time. Highly recommend!!
I went to N2 to have my Murano's AC look at because it was blowing hot air. I knew there was a refrigerant leak somewhere. After they ran their test I was told that ONLY 3 parts needed to be replaced to fix the leak. A month after getting the car back and using the AC only once, it was blowing hot air again. Called N2 back and his resolution was to perform another diagnostic test. However, I had to pay for the test. I asked him further to understand why the diagnostic test didn't find all the leaks or why they didn't test it before giving back the car. His response was that the 'AC system is very complicated' so another test was required. That was such a poor excuse so he can charge for the 2nd test. Basically, I paid over $1000 for the 1st diagnostic test, parts and labor for fixing nothing and his resolution is to charge me another $200 to run a 2nd diagnostic test. Makes one question if those parts he said would fix the leak needed replacing at all. There was nothing positive to say about N2. ZERO star for customer service, ZERO star for professionalism, ZERO star for work warranty.
I called Angel for all season tires for my Honda Accord and I drove to her tire shop on a Saturday morning to quickly pick them up ! Thank you so much ! Very helpful ! 5 stars !
This is a car service shop I highly recommend. Angel is extremely polite, knowledgeable, professional, and detail-oriented. Even though it’s a 40-minute drive from my home, the trust and quality of service make it absolutely worth it.
Had a nail in my tire resulting in a slow leak Went in on a Saturday afternoon, staff was nice and they plugged it in 30 mins at a fair price Torqued wheels down to spec as well
I should have read the reviews first before dropping off my tires for slow leak repair. It is a little pricier compare to Superior Tire not too far away. They charge $60 a tire while ST charged $48, and that’s the cash discount price N2 claimed. Hi Angel, to respond to your reply. I dropped off the tires on Saturday and yes, you called me back to advice the cost. I asked if the $60 was cash discount and the answer was a Yes. I’m okayed with that and it’s no big deal for a few bucks more than other place. Apparently you have the right to set your price and this review is just stating the fact. You can see it as a valuable feedback to improve your business competitiveness or ignore it.
Less Expensive than Mr Lube. I have been getting full synthetic from Mr Lube for a while now. Brought my Wife's car in out of convenience to this location. Full synthetic and they beat the Mr Lube price, without any sort of conversation, by 40-50$. Outstanding. This place has my business going forward.
