Horrible service. If you want to have dirty car back with dirt trapped between the parts, you can go to this shop. Call ahead specially ask for the that part of the car to be washed prior to fitting in a replacement piece due to winter salt and dirt in holes for fitting. Instead they just wipe it with dry towel? you can see streaks on my car and the rim under the replacement black plastic is all dirty. Disgusting.
We decided to go here to have our car fixed after a accident because the manager Jason promised all these light buffs to the car, started the process then once approved he changed his words and didn’t want to fix all the light scratches as promised and said I mis understood. I have our conversation video taped and willing to post on YouTube if the shops wants to say this is made up. Shady untrustworthy place, they have one business name and when they call you it shows the shop behinds their show name. Jason is not a man of his words make sure you have everything on paper if you ever deal with him. Another shop said they will make up for his bad business. Very untrustworthy shop, I try not to leave bad reviews but this place is a definite no. If they lie like that I can not image what they will do to the quality of the work to make ends meet They also go as enviro auto collision same unit, very shady, one has good reviews from friends the who knows
Alan is very personable and has the integrity to get your car back to normal..... My car was repaired beyond my expectations! The attention to detail, far exceeded what I was expecting. Alan has the team of specialists to get you car repaired to OE standards or better. I will not hesitate to recommend his services! I had another small incident , naturally I have returned to Simplicity and Alan to have it looked at. Alan has given me information that will help with my repairs.
