Strongs Automotive is a caring and quickly available place when seeking help or advice. Its team members are top-notch workers. They make you feel like a member of their family. They were able to assist me in preparation of selling my car and inspection of purchasing another vehicle. I am very happy with Strongs Automotive. I highly recommend them.
Not welcoming or transparent about what they do at all! Called them ahead of time and they told me to come in. I even gave them my car key and filled out the form. Then I asked to either see the car or know what was wrong with it before they did any repairs, and they asked me to leave and gave back the key. No damage done, but they wasted my time and made me feel extremely bad
Louie is an honest guy, he’ll take care of you and your car. My family has been going to him at the older location and we still do for the great service he provides in this new one.
Picking up my car after an oil change I noticed that the rubber gasket between the front of the hood and the car had been partially detached during the service and was hanging down between the hood and the body. Louis’s attitude when I pointed that out to him and generally in terms of service provided is that he couldn’t care less about providing competent service.
They seem very unprofessional and a complete rip off. I had to wait 3 weeks to book an appointment with them to swap my tires which are already on rim. In the phone call they told me they charge $55+Tax but later when I did the service they charged me $70+tax which is exact same as Canadian Tire and I could have got the service sooner. When I told them that I was told over phone it was $55+Tax, they completely declined and said nope, it is not. Anywho, not going there anymore to get charged as Canadian Tire with 3 weeks wait time.
I want there for the first time for checking my front light. He told me we don’t have time for 3 weeks and after you should put your car here for one day. I think these people are not professional and useless.
NEVER EVER GO THERE!!. These guys will rip you off. I went there for an oil change and they broke my Oil Filter Housing using their tools and they charged me for it ($65). It was their mistake and i had to pay for it because they cannot do a simple oil change!!!.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!
