2nd time been here, they did a great job, nice people, reasonable price. I do most repairs and maintenance myself, only leave those couldn't be done by myself here, they never let me down.

My BMW developed a slow leak in one tire. My wife took it to this location of Superior Tire to get it serviced. They refused to look at the tire because it had a star logo on the sidewall which means - these are their words - it's a run-flat tire and therefore can't be repaired. Of course, that's not true. The star simply means it meets BMW specifications. From the Michelin web site: "MICHELIN's runflat tires for sale have a 'ZP' or “EMT” code on them." Not only have I never owned run-flats in my life, my Michelin tires have neither of these codes on them. I took my car to a competing shop and had the tire repaired the next day.

BMW does not recommend repairing run flat tires. Here is further information on line: "Can you patch a run-flat tire on a BMW? Michelin North America Inc., for example, allows its run-flat tires (Zero Pressure) to be repaired under certain guidelines. However, repairing the original equipment run-flat tires on a BMW isn't an option, per its owner's manual.

I had a experience with this shop, I just replaced my one tires but I didn‘t do my job well? (double check) when it was done. When I found new scratches a day later, I went back to the store and they said it was my problem. I believe there is no one who doesn‘t know what caused this. I can't figure out what on the road could create such a scratch. I just want to remind you not to relax and prepare more money. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE
