Seriously amazing service. Ordered everything online, pricing was great, they called to schedule an appointment the following week, I showed up, they were even able to take me in early, took 30 minutes even with the tpms recalibration and I was out and on my way. The wheels fit great, look fantastic, the psi is correct and they didnt overinflate the tires like 99% of shops ive been to. obvious care was taken not to scratch up the wheels or mar any of the surfaces. Definately my go-to shop for wheels from now on and I will be recommending them to my friends.
I ordered mirror glass replacement for my Honda CRZ on August 25th 2025. I received an email back stating they would be 2-3 weeks before they would be delivered. I was then emailed that i would have them at the end of October. I emailed them for an update at the end of October and was told another 2-3 weeks to arrive from Japan. I emailed November 25th for an update and was told they would reach out for an update from the supplier. After 105 days since i ordered, i still don't have an update from T1 as to their location or when/if they may possibly arrive. At this point, i wouldn't be able to recommend ordering parts from them. Found them online, called to get information and they guided me through the purchase process online. The price for a winter package (wheels and pirelli tires) for a 2025 Porsche Taycan was really good and the wheels are nicer than my custom Porsche wheels. I live in Montreal, so they shipped it directly to me and it arrived perfectly packaged and safe. I had purchased some original Porsche TPMS which did not work, as I was visiting in Toronto, they saw me after hours and fixed the programming issue free. Unbelievable service and quality. I recommend them highly and will never hesitate to purchase from them in the future. Great people, great company and great products.
I bought set of rear brake lines for 2000 mustang GT was charged on credit card and nothing was ever sent out so buyers be aware. They don't even contact after leaving messages stay away from this outfit.
