As others have noted, he is honest and will get to the true root cause of your issue rather than recommending unnecessary (and costlier) extra work.
First time here. Came to get my tire rods replaced and wheel alignment done - offered a fair price for parts and labour. Gave me the option for OEM or Aftermarket parts. I went with Aftermarket and they said it comes with 2 warranty on the parts compared to dealership which offer 1 year warranty. Service was fast and gave honest feedback on my vehicle with recommendations. I drive a Honda Accord 2020 and overall was happy with the service I received. I will be returning in the near future for other services for my vehicle compared to the dealership.

terrible service overall, i',ve went to this place for the first time in my life and my experience was more than horrible. rude staff rude owner with no remorse of wasting my time early morning. i had a appointment at 9:30 am to fix a job they had done for me improperly and scheduled an appointment to fix what was the issue. when i arrived i was the very first person at the shop early morning at 9:30 am and they refused to look after the problem they created or acknowledge the appointment i made. I WILL NOT BE SUPPORTING THIS BUSINESS AGAIN.... the leak i had to begin with was a one or two drops every hour , now my entire cars dumping out more fluid then it was in the first place. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WORK ENVIRONMENT
