There is one thing I always search for when doing business with any organization. It is honesty. Teknik Auto is 1000% honest. Whether it is a small job; e.g., top up your AC fluid; or a complete engine/transmission overhaul, they will do it, and on time. Ask a question and they will answer it as best they can. I have been a customer for several years, and will never switch.
I went to this shop today. Mr Vatche looked into my car and suggested me what should be done with my car with great precision. He is definitely the best mechanic around the town. He truly is a gentleman with great customer service and honesty. Me and my family will always visit him whenever we need any services for our car.
Teknik Auto is a family run business. Vatche is an amazing person and mechanic. Customer Service is probably the BEST I have seen. He is fair and reasonable, and takes care of my babies now that I live in the East end. If I trust him with my Porsche's, you can trust him with your cars.

Had issues - listed and corrected at reasonable rates PLUS identified annoying brake issue not identified by the dealer in years. That was corrected for insignificant extra cost and that in itself says "care aware" .. and fair
Super trustworthy mechanic shop. I have been using them for 10 years and wouldn't consider going to any other shop. They have fixed hard to diagnose issues without charging too much. I just ask them to fix it and I pay what they charge because it is always fair. Don't hesitate to use them if you need a good mechanic.
