I was supposed to write this review 2 months ago but haven’t gotten around to it but now am writing it but I would never ever take my car here again, Alex you are very rude.You hung up the phone on me rudely where’s the professionalism from someone who is running a business?I don’t deal with disrespectful people,you acted like it’s my fault you couldn’t address the situation on my car.You didn’t really address what was wrong I would never recommend anyone to this shop as I said there is a way to deal with customers especially when your frustrated and I definitely don’t trust you to work on my vehicle.
Amazing shop! The staff are super friendly, the service was fast and professional, and the prices were very fair. My car was fixed perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
❌ RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL ❌ Be aware that many of the older positive reviews are for the previous owner, Rudy, not the current one, Alex. My experience with Alex was very disappointing — he was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I strongly suggest double-checking any work done here. Very questionable decisions being made — both for the business and its customers.
I recently had my car diagnosed and repaired at my favorite garage under the new management. Alex was very thorough and honest with me. The quality of repair was great and the price was fair. This business is in good hands IMO.
Went to this auto repair shop today. I had been there before when Rudy was working. I met Alex and was happy with the service I received today in a timely manner. Alex is very friendly and has been working there for many years.
Great team there, with lots of experience especially on Japanese, European and American cars. Prices are below the market and service time is relatively fast making them available at any time during the regular working hour.
I have taken different vehicles for many many years always to Thorngreen Automotive and have always been satisfied with Rudy's excellent work and his undisputable honesty
