WOW! They are amazing. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I had an awesome experience at this auto repair shop today. I came in needing an oil change on very short notice, and Zizoo took me in without any hesitation. Despite the last-minute situation, the staff were all incredibly kind, efficient, and there was absolutely no waitlist. They finished the job very quickly and professionally while I waited and observed from their guest seating area. What truly impressed me was their honesty. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need (like many other typical auto-shops do especially to women), and their pricing was very fair. When I offered to tip them for their excellent service, they actually refused the tip despite my insistence, saying their focus is simply on making customers happy. That level of sincerity is so incredibly rare and appreciated. I'm simply amazed. I’m genuinely thrilled to have found this place, SUPER glad I chose them, and I’ll definitely be returning for all my future oil changes. I have no idea why some people have called them a scam in these reviews, when I believe they're FAR from it. They all seem to be very passionate about helping their customers. Highly recommend them! 10/10⭐️

I had a flat tire on a Sunday, and the team at this shop took care of my car right away. Their response was fast, the rate was very reasonable, and everyone was genuinely friendly. Really appreciate their help—highly recommend!

Very unfortunate experience at this shop. It seems that when they realized I was in urgent need for a service, the shop owner tried to take advantage (financially) of the situation. He said I have to change two parts, plus labour, which was going to come up close to $1.5k. I’m glad I waited and went to my regular mechanic the next day, who checked the car and let me know this part is covered by extended warranty under the car’s company and the dealership will fix it for free. So either the shop owner lacks competence, or integrity. Be careful who you deal with.
*One of the worst automotive experiences I’ve ever had.* I paid over $3,100 cash here for axle and hub replacements on my Hyundai Elantra. A full inspection at Hyundai confirmed the axles were never replaced — they were untouched. **Update** (Sept 2025): After Hyundai confirmed the axles were never replaced, I’m sharing photos of the existing parts. No response yet from Consumer Protection Ontario or Zoning, still waiting. BBB shows the file as opened but unresolved. Despite this, I was charged $820 per axle and $430 for the hub — nearly double Hyundai’s prices ($474 per axle, $120 per hub). The shop also replaced tie rods without my consent and failed to provide a proper receipt, only sending a delayed “estimate” labeled as an invoice. I filed a BBB complaint, which Zizoo Auto ignored completely; the case is now closed as unresolved. I also filed a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario. The shop operates out of Unit 15 while being registered at Unit 16, raising serious questions about how this business is run. If you value transparency, accountability, and basic honesty, stay away from this shop
Lots of fake 5 star reviews. BE CAREFUL…. Stay away from this shop. Drove all the way from Niagara to buy a tire and they showed me tires that are ripped and unsafe to use … but according to their standards, they are “fine”. Stay away…the place is a mess. Avoid and find a more professional shop. Disregard the reply to this review. They are trying to pass the puck. Bunch of dishonest people here. They’ve called me 8 times trying to justify themselves. STAY AWAY.
