Worst bbq place ever. Very rude chef pressured us to leave about 30 minutes into our visit, while we were still finishing our soup and had just started chatting. If you want a place where you can eat at a normal pace, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. The food isn’t good anyway, so save yourself a day and a good mood.
Good value. Taste ok. Don’t order the white noodle soup. The soup base is bland Meat is tasty. The meat in general has a different taste than the two nearby. It’s great. Don’t get me wrong Veggie is bland also. But the portion is quite generous It’s a little diner. I saw many people come and go. Mostly pick up and no many people dine in Their service is superior. The chef behind the bbq counter is very friendly. The cashier lady is also very nice I will go again. The overall experience is like buying Bbq meat from the supermarket. You look for great value comfort food I think the BBQ pork should have more honey glazed The duck is great. Might just need to trim the fat before you serve Soup base is really bland. This should be the easiest thing to fix Good luck. I will try again if I need a rush order of Bbq meat
I ordered a roasted peking duck n crispy Pork Belly. They are both very good. Unfortunately the duck skin were a bit soft when I arrived home. They also have BBQ goose this month. It's ok seasonal to get it.
This is $20. There were maybe two bites of actual meat, and the rest was greasy, and garbage. I was so angry I had to go back and get refund. Never again.
Surprisingly busy for mid afternoon on a weekday. For $10.99 you get a rice box, your choice of BBQ meat, a bit of greens and a soup. The roast pork was very crispy and not overly salty.
It is an authentic Cantonese BBQ. The suckling pig is so good that we cannot eat anywhere else so far. The skin is so so crispy and thin I have give the chef applause for their hard work for choosing the great ingredients and the skills of doing this HK style BBQ which is not easy to find these days. Their cold dish like pig hand is well maintained with salty savory and vinegar marinated well. Will try more next time. Thank you for letting us having such a good meal with childhood memories.
Rating 5 on food because of the value , dropping by this restaurant since it’s super close to my work place , turns out it’s a hidden gem , got the combo with bbq Crispy pork , the crunchy skin sure is amazing, but the real deal is there chicken soup , which is amazing under this winter time !
