Yota is a kind, compassionate, professional groomer who always does a fantastic job. I've been taking my dog to her for many years (since he was a puppy) and she is the only groomer he likes. In fact, he loves going there. She really cares for the dogs, and always puts their safety and comfort first. Everytime I take him to Q Dog, I get so many compliments about how nice he looks. I highly recommend Q Dog to my friends, family, and all dog families. Thank you, Yota!

Did not follow our request to leave the fur long. Would have preferred if they asked us in advance before cutting it nearly all off! Now she is shivering at home because she feels cold

Hi there unfortunately when the dog is very matted instead of risking injuring the dog with dematting we go shorter. This was the case here- safety comes first.My groomer took the time to explain that we were going to go shorter and she also followed up with a phone call. A sweater recommended and more frequent grooming 6-8 weeks to avoid this of happening again. Wishing u luck with a new groomer

I brought my dog in for a full grooming at Q Dog Studio, for it was my first time being a pet owner. I am so thrilled with the cleanliness, professional customer service and knowledgeable advice I received that day. Not only was my dog happy, she looked perfect and got exactly what I had pictured. Even though I come from the Aurora area, I am happy and confident to drive and have "Q Dog Studio" be my NEW home grooming spot from now on. Super affordable too! Thank you for all your love that you have given my dog that day. My next appointment has already been booked! Highly recommend this place!
