Went to the store yesterday with my unfit dress shoes I got online, staffs Jasmine and Kelvin truly cared about my experience and tried to help with various solutions, finally they found what was best for me! They ended up helping with my return and purchased new ones for me and mailing it to my house ☺️ I have really small feet so thankfully Jasmine gave me professional advices! Thank you and looking forward to my new work shoes!
We stopped in to the Markham location looking for women’s leather footwear which is as common as the leafs winning the Stanley cup. However, ECCO has almost every model in leather!! We had tremendous assistance from Fiona and instead of one pair we ended up with three fantastic choices. Best of all we got a free bag. By this point we were having a lot of fun thanks to Fiona’s great sense of humour (she politely laughed at my jokes) and her beautiful smile. I even left with a nickname: Shrek. JC2

Janina , a sales staff, could not send an electronic receipt to me after getting my email address while purchasing a pair of boot CAD293.80 this morning 10/06/2022 @ 10:35 I need to call and follow up after 4 hours, then she emails me a snap shot of a printed cashier receipt . Just curious about ECCO Canada, who could not provide an electronic receipt but asking client’s email address by saying a receipt will be emailed me. What’s the point to email me a snap shot of cashier receipt instead giving me that cashier receipt on spot When I asked Janina just forwarding the email from “Sent” folder to me again if really did email me an electronic receipt this morning . She kept saying could not Wondering what ECCO email’s “Sent” box looks like, no record Or she input a wrong email address this morning or she didn’t know how to send electronic receipt or ECCO does not have electronic receipt system , but just asked client’s email address for marketing email purpose. If this is a case, ECCO needs client’s consent As I just received ECCO promotion email about “thanksgiving deals start now” at 12:59pm
