I was at Skechers today and the two amazing lady at the store were super friendly best customer service and made my day with ending up buying two pets of shoes… I would like to thank Renee the store manager that helped me with my size selection and my daughters shoe size … very friendly environment that made my shopping experience so good it just made me feel good about my spending thank you guys keep up the good work
I would like to commend Matthew, an employee at Markville Skechers. He spent an hour helping me look for some walking shoes. Matthew was knowledgeable, patient, hard-working and kind. He seemed to instinctively become aware of what I needed before I verbalized it. His manner resulted in the purchase of 2 pairs of shoes. Mariam at the Markville mall location is amazing not just very friendly, but she went out of her way working with me to find what would work best for me. I have a small foot and bone spurs on my big toe so a bit of a challenge. I hope the store supervisors will give her credit as well deserving of it! Thanks Patty

I was at this store on Saturday, September 24th and received excellent customer service from Sonia. She went above and beyond to find the shoes that were right for me. She listened attentively and brought out shoes for me to try on according to my requirements. I was also helped by Ben who was serving another customer and he gave me his insight on one particular pair. I am happy to say I purchased 2 pairs that I know I will enjoy wearing.
