I had a fantastic experience shopping at this SoftMoc! They have an incredible collection of shoes with so much variety all under one roof—whether you're looking for boots, sandals, or casual sneakers, they seem to have it all. It’s so convenient to see so many top brands in one spot. The customer service was also top-notch. The staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful in finding the right sizes for me. Check them out if you need a new pair of shoes!
This review is long overdue... Around two months ago I visited this SoftMoc location and was greeted by Natalie. She was very polite and kind from the moment I entered the store to the moment I left with my purchase. I was looking to buying a pair of heels, and I kept asking to switch a size or try a new style. I felt so bad for many so many requests but Natalie remained patient and reassured me that she was there to help until I found my perfect shoes. She is truly the most bubbly worker I've ever met who left an amazing impression and a great experience!
I wanted some crocs for myself and decided to come here, walked in the store and immediately was greeted by the workers. I asked if they had the crocs my size and brought me the box ASAP. The swiftness and etiquette from the workers amazed me!
My sister came in the other day and told me to check out the store for their spring deals. Came in and bought a pair of crocs for me and my girlfriend. Emily and Sarah helped with sizes and colours. Amazing service, very sweet and helpful gurls. Solid location.
I had an exceptional experience with the store manager Natalie earlier today. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm. She showed me a few different options she thought would be perfect for my event. She was also very patient as i had a hard time deciding! The store was quite busy but all of the associates were attentive and very kind! Will definitely be visiting this location again!
This company is horrible. First off, this particular location does not answer the telephone. Like not at all. So if you’re wanting to “confirm” that they have a particular shoe and size in-stock, FORGET ABOUT IT! And when you call head office to complain and get an answer about a shoe being in-stock at the Markham location (or probably any location), they tell you it will take at least 48 HOURS to get a call back with an answer. Is anybody really going to wait 48 hours to know if a Softmoc location has a shoe and size in-stock? NO. You’re just going to spend your money at a different company! I also asked Softmoc head office to leave me a voice mail message in case I didn’t answer the phone. Didn’t happen. I don’t even know if they DID call me back. It’s now been 4-5 days since I reached out to them. For the number of BAD reviews people have left about the Markham location in particular, people should NOT BUY from them. Or any Softmoc in my opinion. And now they’re going to respond with a standard issue reply to this poor review and say they’d like to see if they can do better. Or something to that effect. NO THANK YOU.
Love the customer service here! I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful without being overbearing or pushy like Browns upstairs. Always have a great experience shopping here!
